WASTEWATER/SEWAGE WATER TREATMENT

Untreated sewage and industrial wastewater significantly contaminate natural water resources and contribute to environmental pollution, especially in rapidly developing areas like urban India. Traditional activated sludge (AS) systems are effective but often costly and space-consuming. H2O Dynamics uses patented technologies to treat all types of contaminated water, including wastewater treatment, solid waste treatment, and drinking water treatments.

Among these, we have developed an innovative process of wastewater treatment using aerobic granular sludge method. Hybrid Biofilm-Granular Sludge (HBGS) & hgSBR which provides superior treatment efficiency, reduced land footprint, and cost savings. Additionally the process doesn’t require any Chemicals and Consumables. These innovations are valuable for upgrading existing plants to enhance treatment capacity and performance, and they are suitable for centralized and decentralized wastewater treatment solutions.

A large number of sewage treatment technologies have been developed, mostly using biological treatment processes. Very broadly, they can be grouped into high tech (high cost) versus low tech (low cost) options, although some technologies might fall into either category. Other grouping classifications are intensive or mechanized systems (more compact, and frequently employing high tech options) versus extensive or natural or nature-based systems (usually using natural treatment processes and occupying larger areas) systems. This classification may be sometimes oversimplified, because a treatment plant may involve a combination of processes, and the interpretation of the concepts of high tech and low tech, intensive and extensive, mechanized and natural processes may vary from place to place.

PROCESSES

PROCESSES

Wastewater treatment plants utilize a combination of physical, chemical, and biological processes to remove solids, organic matter, and nutrients from wastewater. The processes used in a wastewater treatment plant are categorized into three main stages:

Primary Treatment

Involves physical processes such as screening and grit removal, using German technology filtration to eliminate large particles and debris from the wastewater.

Secondary Treatment

Employs biological processes, such as Granular Sludge Sequencing Batch Reactors (SBRs), to break down and remove dissolved and suspended organic matter.

Tertiary Treatment

Utilizes chemical processes, such as Hydroheal Process for removal of Odor and colour , to further purify the wastewater, making it safe for discharge or reuse.
